Our program covers the cost of lymphedema sleeves, bras, wigs, and toupees, and is available to eligible individuals who meet our criteria.

What We Cover

Our assistance program covers the following items:

Compression sleeves: These are specially designed garments that provide pressure and support to the arms or legs to help manage lymphedema.
Bras: We offer assistance for post-mastectomy bras, which are designed to provide comfort and support to individuals who have undergone breast surgery.
Wigs: We understand that hair loss can be a challenging and emotional experience. Our program covers the cost of high-quality wigs to help individuals feel confident and comfortable.
Toupees: We offer assistance for toupees, which are custom-made hairpieces that can be styled and fitted to look natural and realistic.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for our assistance program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must have a medical condition that requires the use of lymphedema sleeves, bras, wigs, or toupees.
Must provide proof of medical need, such as a doctor's note or prescription.
Must demonstrate financial need.
